We welcome dedicated students who are ready to strive for excellence. Follow the steps below to complete your admission to St. Miriam High School, Busabala.

Submit Your Academic Results

Applicants must present their official academic results as the first step of the admission process:

For O' Level (Senior 1 Entry): Submit your PLE (Primary Leaving Examinations) results together with your pass slip issued by UNEB.

For A' Level (Senior 5 Entry): Submit your UCE (Uganda Certificate of Education) results along with the UNEB pass slip confirming your qualifications.

📋 Please note: Once your PLE or UCE/UNEB results are received and verified by the school, you will be notified of your eligibility and guided through the remaining steps to complete the admission process.

Complete the Admission Form

After your results have been verified, you are required to duly fill the school's official admission form, providing complete and accurate bio-data for both the student and parent/guardian.

You may obtain the admission form in either of the following ways:

🏫 In Person: Visit the Director of Studies (D.O.S) Office at St. Miriam High School, Busabala, to collect and fill the physical form.

🌐 Online: Fill the online admission form provided below at your convenience.

⚠️ Important: A non-refundable admission form fee of UGX 100,000 is charged upon submission of your duly completed admission form.

School fees must be paid in full to the school's official bank account before reporting to school. Please use one of the approved bank accounts below. After payment, collect your bank deposit slip from the School Bursar.
